Our Virginia office is seeking a Graphic Designer with experience creating print and digital collateral, such as digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, direct mail, reports, email templates, event materials and branding a client. Position is remote until we return to the office.

 

How you’ll make an impact

 

• Design alongside a team of experienced designers with years of campaign experience

• Responsible for your own clients, will be expected to maintain a consistent visual identity for each assigned client across the entire brand

• Work closely with the GBM Video Department to develop animations for clients

• Work closely with the Creative Team to execute projects including brainstorming and idea briefings

• Report to Senior Director of Graphic Design weekly

• Develop internal marketing content for GBM

Why we’ll love you

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or another related field is preferred

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Design, or other related disciplines

• Experience with creating sites on Wix or Squarespace a plus

• Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

• Experience in managing multiple social media platforms

• Previous agency experience is a plus

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

• High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment
