How you’ll make an impact

 

• Film and edit high-quality video with a mix of text, graphics, photos, animations, music, and emojis, etc.

• Be flexible and nimble on video, able to make quick edits and produce timely real-time/live videos

• Create impactful motion graphics and animations to quickly tell the stories of our clients

• Use strong visual storytelling skills to quickly assemble edits and implement notes from producers and team leads.

• Create compelling and shareable video content

• Produce social specific videos for the platform and delivery, often producing vertical videos with mobile delivery in mind

• Working closely with the Creative Team to execute projects including brainstorming and idea briefings

• Creative and proactive to pitch and generate video ideas as they relate to the show and all platforms our fans are on

• Ingest cards, log footage, and organize shot footage and releases for Post-Production, Rights & Clearances, as well as for Archives

• Managing storage of projects and ensuring organization standards and back-ups are properly implemented

• Ensure that high production values and standards are maintained across all platforms

Why we’ll love you

 

• 3 - 5 years of related work in filmmaking, video editing, and animation.

• Demonstrated proficiency in production, video editing, animation, motion graphics, sound design, and video compression codecs (specifically: mov, and .mp4)

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and plugins including Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with Photoshop, Illustrator and Red Giant skills a plus

• Additional experience in other editing platforms e.g. Final Cut is preferred but not required

• This is an editing focused position, experience as a lead editor and/or animator is preferential

• Familiarity with design, typography, and color grading

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

• High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment
